BOOKING POLICIES - PORTRAITS & EDITORIALS
By booking your date and making a deposit, you agree to abide by the policies listed below.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT:
In order to guarantee my services please submit 50% of your total payment within 2 weeks of receiving this invoice. Your final payment is due on the day of or within 1 week of the photoshoot. All payment information is provided on invoice.
DEPOSITS:
Your deposit is 50% of the full session rate and confirms my services for the requested date and time. Without a deposit, no services are confirmed and no dates are reserved. For last minute sessions scheduled within 2 weeks of your shoot, please submit your deposit online to ensure quick payment. Deposits are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling may be possible at the availability and discretion of the photographer who will do everything possible to accommodate changes if needed. The rescheduling fee is an additional 25% of the original rate.
CANCELLATIONS:
Client forfeits their deposit on cancellations.
A NOTE ABOUT WEATHER:
It is up to the discretion of the videographer if the appointment should be rescheduled due to weather. Bad weather consists of all day raining, thunderstorms, or a blizzard. In most cases, there is also the option of shooting indoors, which will be discussed upon booking.

Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable (due to time and services already committed to client and loss of income for reserved date).
